In 2004 the City of Cleveland adopted a comprehensive update of the City’s Lakefront Plan. Today, the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) has initiated engineering and environmental studies to deliver the transportation element of the resulting plan for the West Shoreway – designated as the Lakefront West Project.
